We are seeking a Senior Manager for Landscape Architecture & Urban Design (Sports Assets) to lead our innovative designs that will define the core of our sports venues and facilities. In this pivotal role, you will manage the landscape architecture and urban design of various sports assets, ensuring that every design reflects the latest trends in sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to create exceptional open spaces that enhance the visitor experience and promote community engagement. Your expertise in landscape architecture and urban design will be crucial in executing projects that not only meet the highest standards of quality but also align with Qiddiya\'s vision for a world-class destination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the landscape architecture and urban design initiatives for sports assets within Qiddiya, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and strategic objectives
• Manage the design process from conceptualization to execution, overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they adhere to established timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to develop comprehensive landscape and urban design plans that embody innovation and creativity
• Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions, considering environmental impact, sustainability, and community integration
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and design documentation that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders
• Mentor and guide a team of landscape architects and urban designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Engage with local communities and stakeholders to incorporate their feedback and aspirations into design plans
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture and urban design, applying this knowledge to enhance project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards throughout all phases of project development
• Lead the preparation of guidelines and standards for landscape and urban design specific to sports venues and facilities
