Overview
Amazon Kindle team is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator for Kindle Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on highly visible projects and be part of history in the making!
Responsibilities
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and expedient resolutions for critical issues
- Leverage technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to the operational processes
- Work effectively in a cross-functional environment with legal, technical, and product management teams
- Evaluate copyright and appropriateness for content submitted to Amazon
- Effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity and fulfill team standards for time spent in order to consistently achieve service levels
- Candidates must be willing to view and evaluate content that may be considered religiously sensitive, politically sensitive or otherwise offensive
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experienceWork a flexible schedule / shift / work area, including weekends, nights, and / or holidaysNative level in JapaneseWrite and read fluently in EnglishBachelor's Degree is required8 hour work day to be during a 9am to 6pm time period4 years experience with MS ExcelProcess experience in publishing, customer service or similar production environmentStrong trend and data analysis skills (using Excel and similar software) with the ability to notice patterns in data for the purpose of driving decision makingExperience in process improvement and troubleshootingExperience in creating and modifying operational metricsStrong project management skillsMust be able to think creatively and possess strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to drive and document new processes and simplify existing processesAbility to drive root cause analysis and identify corrective actionsPreferred Qualifications
