Senior Contracts Manager (Procurement)

JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager (Procurement) to join our forward-thinking team dedicated to driving social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement strategy and manage contracts for materials, services, and construction.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor contract performance against predefined metrics and project objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify procurement needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Resolve contractual disputes and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Prepare reports related to procurement activities and contract performance for senior management.
