Job Purpose
To develop, monitor, and update project schedules for real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, resources, and deadlines. The role ensures that all project activities are properly planned, tracked, and reported to support on-time and cost-effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling Define work breakdown structures (WBS) and project milestones. Allocate resources and prepare manpower histograms. Monitoring & Control Track project progress against the baseline schedule. Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to update schedules. Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Provide forecasts of completion dates and resource utilization. Present schedule analysis to senior management. Coordination Work closely with cost control and procurement teams to align schedules with budgets and material deliveries. Ensure schedule integration across multiple contractors and consultants. Compliance & Standards Ensure schedules are aligned with company policies, contract requirements, and Saudi regulations. Support claims analysis and extension of time (EOT) requests when required. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling (real estate / construction sector). Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Knowledge of cost control and contract management principles. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Fluent in Arabic and English. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset. Seniority level
