AtkinsRéalis is seeking a qualified Landscape Architect with 9+years of on-site experience in stadium projects within the Mixed use / Building / Infra sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Technical Competencies :

• Degree qualified in landscaping and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership)
• Candidates will ideally have minimum 12+ years relevant working experience in Landscape / Horticulture Site Supervision, documentation and site implementation
• In charge of reviewing and checking of all Landscape shop drawings, approving materials submittal & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solution by using sketch up by modelling. Site coordination and Inspection.
• Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
• Prepare Site instruction (SI) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
