We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations and help create a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Onboarding :

• Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process, including document collection, orientation, and training coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

Performance & Training Support :

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.

Must have no working experience for the last 6 months.
