Senior Social Media Manager MENA (Fixed term until Jan 2027)

Join us as a Senior Social Media Manager at ESL FACEIT Group - EFG , where we create worlds beyond gameplay, driving community engagement across esports, gaming tournaments, leagues, and events.

Fixed Term Contract : Running through January 2027.

What you will do

• Develop the social media strategy to expand EFG's brands presence in the MENA region.
• Drive regional campaigns for the Esports World Cup, the world's largest gaming event held during the summer in Saudi Arabia.
• Build the appropriate channel strategy to ensure high acquisition and engagement of the community(s) and set the editorial line for community‑centric communication.
• Own and monitor KPIs, and establish their use to drive successful content strategies.
• Work with the creative team to produce locally relevant creative and communication assets.
• Communicate updates and reports efficiently for internal stakeholders.
• Work cross‑functionally with global teams across multiple disciplines and departments including Marketing, Creative, PR, Sales, and others to articulate product and brand vision.
• Brief departments, freelancers, and agencies with their scopes of work.
• Maintain knowledge of cultural landscape, industry trends, audience needs and interests, to provide relevant content for engagement.
