Change Management Senior Specialist
Drive successful organizational change by developing and implementing tailored change management programs. Provide change management reports to the Strategy & Project Excellence Director to support well‑informed decisions and ensure business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute company change management strategy and plans to support operations transfer and other initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand project requirements and organizational context.
- Create customized engagement and communication plans for different employee groups and identify appropriate channels.
- Identify change champions and ambassadors to promote initiatives.
- Assess organizational readiness, identify skill gaps, barriers, and resistance, and develop proactive strategies.
- Track and report progress against KPIs, embed change management practices into project timelines, and adjust strategy as needed.
Qualifications
Diploma or BA degree.Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.Excellent spoken and written English.Experience in project initiation and progress follow‑up.Strong personal and social skills.Seniority level
