Must-Have

• 8+ years of experience in IT change management, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end IT change management processes, ensuring compliance with governance and risk standards.
