Overview
Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Dengage\'s solution. Attend meetings with prospects and clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution. Develop and deliver high quality demonstrations that position dEngage products as the best solution to our prospective clients. Provide technical solutions professionally and to agreed timeframes. Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally. Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to the sales team. Ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery. Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current solutions and provide input around new features. Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities. Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Sales field with at least 2 years in pre-sales position. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science. Superb presentation skills, well-organized and excellent time management skills. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions. Benefits
