Key Account Manager (Located in Central & all KSA) Job Overview : Key Account Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects in Gov. (NUPCO) & Privet hospitals & clinics, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. With excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products. Responsibilities and Duties : A candidate must know & do the following : Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities based on experience and evaluate customer needs. Must have an existing list of clients in Gov. (NUPCO) & medical privet sectors with an accurate track record. Generate orders and contracts with all assigned clients. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. 5+ years of experience with all Gov. hospitals (NUPCO) & privet medical sector. Have a good exposure to all medical disposable & consumables products (if applicable). Strong communication and analytical skills. Track record since 2022 to date with NUPCO or / and privet clients.
