Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and strategic CxO to lead a new fintech venture focused on B2B lending for micro enterprises in Saudi Arabia. The CxO will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s vision, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions. This role demands a seasoned executive with a proven track record in fintech, specifically within B2B lending, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for empowering micro enterprises through innovative financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As the CxO and Co-Founder of our company, you will play a key role in driving our success by developing and implementing strategic business plans and procedures. Establish and nurture key partnerships within the fintech ecosystem and the Saudi B2B market. Oversee daily operations, including product, risk engine, marketing, sales, business development, HR, and compliance. Set the company's short- and long-term goals, culture, vision, and mission. Ensure that branding, marketing, business development and sales initiatives are in place to achieve growth targets. Attract, develop, and retain top talent. Manage investor relations, including presenting to the board and monitoring key performance indicators. Lead the training and development of new team members and future leaders of the company. Ensure risk management, compliance, and finance are appropriately managed. Meet core KPIs in B2B sales, customer retention and product scalability.
Qualifications
You are based in Saudi Arabia with significant senior-level experience in the financial services sector (especially in B2B SME lending) or B2B trade landscape. You have worked in a startup, ideally as a co-founder, or in a senior position in a fintech startup post series A. You possess a wealth of experience in the key areas of growth, marketing, and sales. You have an understanding of business functions such as finance, risk management, compliance, and startup operations. You have outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. You can set ambitious targets while staying on top of the company cash flow.
