Overview
Commercial Specialist (Logistics + Trade)
Responsibilities
- Arrange customs clearance for energy storage business in the Middle East; monitor clearance progress and handle related issues during customs clearance.
- Follow up on the issuance of import duty bills and submit applications for duty payments.
- Collect and compile import duty bills to support monthly tax filings for the finance team.
- Assist with any other matters related to import customs clearance.
- Process purchase orders to customers in the name of the overseas office, create delivery notes, reconcile accounts, issue invoices, and collaborate with sales to collect payment from customers.
- Perform other tasks assigned by leader.
- Comply with the company’s information security policies and actively implement related strategies.
