Commercial Specialist (Logistics + Trade)

Responsibilities

• Arrange customs clearance for energy storage business in the Middle East; monitor clearance progress and handle related issues during customs clearance.
• Follow up on the issuance of import duty bills and submit applications for duty payments.
• Collect and compile import duty bills to support monthly tax filings for the finance team.
• Assist with any other matters related to import customs clearance.
• Process purchase orders to customers in the name of the overseas office, create delivery notes, reconcile accounts, issue invoices, and collaborate with sales to collect payment from customers.
• Perform other tasks assigned by leader.
• Comply with the company’s information security policies and actively implement related strategies.
