In this role, you will combine your expertise in the travel industry with a keen sense of luxury, trends, and service quality. You are not just a consultant – you become a trusted contact for clients seeking the extraordinary worldwide.

What you bring

Completed commercial or equivalent education

Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high‑end customer service

Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge

Fluent in Arabic and English

Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture

Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving and service orientation

High quality awareness and attention to detail

Full‑time availability
