Responsibilities
Plan & Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, project’s schedules and information. Liaising with the project team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and to ensure that client needs are met as the project evolves. Administer and organize all types of project’s administration activities from simple activities to complex plans. Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities. Analyze risks and opportunities. Will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and handling project’s files. Perform administrative liaison functions between the Project Dept. & Operations Head. Filing & documents and make the distribution as required as per procedure. Maintain documents. Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all project team members. Prepares and develops reports to related work as needed by the Department. Provides administrative support to other Departments whenever required. Essential Requirements
Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of project experience in project coordination. Ability to prepare reports, flow charts, schedules and action plans. Candidate should have solid organization skills including multi-tasking and time management. Strong working knowledge of computer Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint presentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, and clients. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. A valid driver's license.
