The role involves conducting discovery sessions, delivering tailored demos, crafting proposals / PoCs, and aligning platform capabilities with client needs.

Key Focus Areas

• Collaborate with sales to position relevant ServiceNow solutions
• Lead workshops, demos, and proposal development
• Support RFPs and develop proof of concepts
• Stay current with platform updates and trends
• Work closely with delivery teams on solution viability

GRC, ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and App Engine / Low-Code
