Overview

We are seeking a qualified

Site Supervisor

with a minimum of 5 years of experience in field supervision of construction projects. The candidate will ensure that on-site activities are carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, project timelines, and safety and quality standards. A

valid accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers

is required if the applicant holds a professional engineering title. Key Responsibilities

Daily supervision of on-site construction activities and ensuring adherence to plans and schedules. Coordinate between various project stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Monitor the availability of materials and equipment on-site and submit purchase requests as needed. Oversee quality control to ensure work complies with technical standards and building codes. Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, including identifying potential issues. Enforce occupational safety and health standards on-site. Address technical and field issues immediately and provide solutions in coordination with management. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in field supervision of construction or architectural projects. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams under pressure. Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and using basic software such as

AutoCAD and MS Office . Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Arabic is required; English is a plus. Valid accreditation from the

Saudi Council of Engineers
