Overview
We are seeking a qualified Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in field supervision of construction projects. The candidate will ensure that on-site activities are carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, project timelines, and safety and quality standards.
A valid accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers is required if the applicant holds a professional engineering title.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of on-site construction activities and ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.
- Coordinate between various project stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Monitor the availability of materials and equipment on-site and submit purchase requests as needed.
- Oversee quality control to ensure work complies with technical standards and building codes.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, including identifying potential issues.
- Enforce occupational safety and health standards on-site.
- Address technical and field issues immediately and provide solutions in coordination with management.
