Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end execution of the digital health program portfolio, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Serve as the primary liaison between our customer and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. Oversee the delivery of specific projects. Coordinate across functional teams (engineering, applications, project management, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration. Monitor program performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Report regularly to the General Manager on program status, milestones, risks, and opportunities. Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews. Ensure compliance with customers standards, digital health regulations, and internal quality frameworks. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health Informatics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in healthcare or digital transformation. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects with external partners. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Experience working with government entities or public sector clients is a strong advantage. Fluent in English and Arabic. Willingness to travel.
