Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Trello. PMP, PgMP , or Agile certifi cation is a plus.

Job Description
- Develop and manage program strategies, objectives, and roadmaps in alignment with business goals.
- Oversee multiple interdependent projects, ensuring successful execution, delivery, and impact.
- Define program scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely completion.
- Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive program success.
- Manage and mentor project managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
- Ensure best practices, methodologies, and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) are followed.
