Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

Job Summary : The Network Security Specialist is responsible to implement, operate and manage Network elements, monitor network for security threats or unauthorized users. Identify the machines and report on security measures taken to address threats, and secure the network elements from unauthorized access. Carries out installation, testing, and technical tasks in systems and participates in developing and implementing network security procedures and network management plans. Key Responsibilities

Ensures that all Network security systems run efficiently without service interruption as per the network security operation processes and procedures. Implement security policies, and other tasks related to firewalls. Administrate and implement changes in the IT corporate network Manage Network systems, and other elements access. Monitor and report security systems performance and threats. Perform information security risk assessments. Incident handling, and reporting. Performs other similar or related duties as requested. Relationship Management

Work with network vendor providers to enhance equipment / software that improve the performance of the network. Work with other internal network departments, and external stakeholders to highlight Network Security issues that affect the Network security or information security. Work With Cyber security Team, to close tasks related to Cybersecurity. Skills & Experience

Good Knowledge in configuring or supporting some or all of the following; firewalls, switch, routers. Understanding of information security management policies, processes, and procedures. Continual commitment to all company goals and objectives and the ability to focus the team members on those objectives. Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or computer engineering. Proven experience directly related to the field. Employment details
