Job Summary

Dar Wa Emaar is a Real Estate Development Company based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The company promises on delivering affordable, unique, innovative and qualitative housing units to meet every young Saudi family’s requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction workers
• Understand project timelines and priorities from Project Engineer and Project Manager. Prepare drawings from technical designs of the project site layout
• Manage sub-contractor’s allocation to construction jobs
• Instruct construction workers and foremen for construction in conformance of the drawings prepared
• Supervise their work and ensure timeliness, quality and safety of construction
• Regular quality survey of the site Material management
• Monitor material quality for every delivery and raise concerns to Project Engineer in case of any discrepancy
• Monitor and manage material quantities as per construction plan.
• Coordinate with procurement team for material delivery.
