Work Location :

Rotation in Saudi Arabia. Key Accountabilities

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed as per project plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction activities. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site activities, progress, and challenges. Resolve technical issues and provide recommendations for construction improvements. Oversee material procurement and ensure timely availability of resources. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to minimize workplace hazards. Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and project planning. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. +

7 years of experience as a civil site engineer in construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and other relevant software. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities effectively.
