About the position As Regional Sales Manager for value added parts, you will independently manage sales presentations, contracts, and proposals. You will negotiate offers including prices, delivery times, and terms. You will contribute to strategy development and implement it to reach strategic goals. You will identify upgrading opportunities and use digital tools to attract new customers.

Main responsibilities

Fully and only focused on the value added products.

Develop strategic goals for the Sales Area and break them into actionable sales and development activities.

Plan and execute work to implement the Area strategy, including customer meetings and follow-ups.

Independently set up sales presentations, contracts, and proposals; negotiate offers and monitor credit terms.

Must be able to get measurements on site and able to put them into AutoCad and make the estimation and later to offer.

Develop new leads and opportunities for upgrading to Special Steels in strategic segments.

Continuously improve sales processes and document customer activities in Salesforce.

Ensure sustainable business practices aligned with SSAB’s code of conduct.

Respond to customer inquiries and build positive relationships.

Refer customer feedback and competitor information to relevant internal teams.

About You

University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, etc.).

At least 4 years of experience in value creation sales.

Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in English and preferably local language.

Very good negotiation skills.

Good understanding of business, finance, and strategic thinking.

Having a valid driving license and willing to travel inside and if need the outside of country.

My name is Ozgur Yalcin and I am the Area Sales Manager for the Middle East area of SSAB Special Steel. In Middle East market we are changing the market understanding with the lighter, stronger and sustainable steels coming from our mother company, SSAB. Our aim is to upgrade the customers from the commercials steels to the higher grade steels in several applications and in Special steels we do this with our well known wear resistant steel Hardox® and the structural steel Strenx® and Chromium Carbide Overlay plate Duroxite to reduce their costs and increase their competitiveness in the market.

In my team I am looking for a new sales member who is enthusiastic, eager to hard work, self-motivated and acts as a team player in our winning organization with good character. This role will be in our value added division meaning that we will be in after sales market for repair and maintenance works and offer the ready to assemble parts and cut plates to the customers. It is essential that we have to be onsite with customers and get the necessary measurements and to input them into AutoCad and make the estimation and offer to the end user when it is needed. This job also wants you to be proactive and like travelling inside Saudi and if needed, outside the country.
