Territory Lead Trauma & Extremities, North / East Region at Stryker

We are looking for a Territory Lead to support the growth of our Trauma & Extremities Division in the North / East region of KSA.

What you will do :

• Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in the area of responsibility and maintaining continuity.
• Tracking trends, competitors, developments in specific products and legal regulations and reporting to the manager.
• Carrying out sales-related activities in accordance with regional sales targets and preparing sales reports requested by the manager.
• Planning, implementing and reporting customer / partner visits and demos in line with the sales targets and customer demands.
• Evaluating requests for proposals from customers / partners and preparing a complete list of materials according to their needs.
• Delivering and installing materials, providing post-sales user training for the product portfolio and attending surgery cases.
• Bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up collections with Finance and Accounting to ensure timely payments.
• Communicating customer feedback (complaints) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedback, taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related parties.
• Preparing Congress / Demo materials, using them appropriately and delivering them to the storehouse in a sterilized and non‑damaged condition.
• Communicating scientific support requests and plans to the marketing department in the region and supporting the process.
• Providing support to the logistics team when needed.
