Position Summary : VML is seeking a talented and innovative Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team in Riyadh. You will be instrumental in bringing our clients' stories to life through compelling and cutting‑edge animated visuals. Working across a diverse range of projects and platforms – from social media campaigns and digital ads to broadcast spots and experiential activations – you will elevate brand narratives and engage audiences with your exceptional design and animation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Design : Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and other creative team members to conceptualize, storyboard, and develop innovative motion graphic solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Animation Production : Design, animate, and produce high‑quality 2D and 3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, visual effects, and animated sequences for various digital and traditional platforms.
• Visual Storytelling : Translate complex ideas and static designs into dynamic, engaging, and easy‑to‑understand animated content.
• Software Proficiency : Expertly utilize Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) to execute projects from concept to final delivery.
• Collaboration : Work seamlessly with editors, sound designers, and other post‑production specialists to ensure a cohesive and polished final product.
• Feedback Integration : Efficiently incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients while maintaining creative integrity and project timelines.
• Trend Awareness : Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects to continually push creative boundaries.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all motion graphic deliverables meet VML's high creative standards, technical specifications, and brand consistency.
• Asset Management : Organize and manage project files, assets, and libraries effectively.

Qualifications

Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
