About Hirocare Clinic

Hirocare Clinic is a trusted healthcare and medical aesthetics brand focused on advanced therapy and personalized treatments.

We’re expanding our digital marketing team and are looking for a skilled Digital Ads Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads.
  • Analyze customer insights and campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Write effective ad copy and select visuals that align with Hirocare’s brand identity.
  • Report on performance results and suggest improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver compliant, creative, and high-performing ads for the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and / or Meta Ads campaigns (preferably in healthcare, beauty, or wellness).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret ad data and optimize KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Pixel, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in handling regulated advertising content.
