Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, training and mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross‑functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Sales‑driven skills, including sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding sales teams
• Strategic planning and market analysis skills to identify opportunities and optimize regional sales performance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in FMCG or a related industry is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
