The eStore Officer will play a crucial role in managing both online sales operations and direct customer engagement to drive revenue growth. This role ensures a seamless digital shopping experience while proactively acquiring and managing clients through traditional sales channels.
Core Responsibilities :
- Manage product listings on the online store (add, update, remove products).
- Coordinate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and banners.
- Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and tracking.
- Provide responsive online customer support via email, chat, or social media.
- Optimize the user experience (UX) across the eStore for better conversion.
- Analyze sales performance and report on key KPIs (traffic, conversions, revenue).
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and track lead progress.
- Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively.
Requirements
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.3-5 years of experience in online store management and / or direct sales.Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
