Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in B2C / B2B Telco transformation projects.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle RODOD stack : Siebel, BRM, OSM, UIM, ASAP, OSB, and Scale API.
  • Deep understanding of FTTH (FTTB, FTTHR, FTTBR), 5G FWA, VoBB, OTT, and Open Access models.
  • Skilled in end-to-end functional areas : Product Catalog, Order-to-Cash, Billing, CRM, Dealer & Workforce Management, Provisioning, Inventory, and Integrations (3 Scale API Gateway, CITC, LDAP SSO).
  • Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus for monitoring.
  • Proven track record in delivering project artifacts including Architecture, Design, Requirements, Testing, and Cutover plans.

Responsibilities

  • 15+ years of Telecom project implementation experience.
  • Lead client engagements across workflow upgrades, system changes, and ongoing support.
  • Define best practices and troubleshoot complex cross-functional issues.
  • Guide and mentor teams, delegate work, and ensure delivery alignment.
  • Facilitate testing, solution validation, and performance improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement.
  • Travel as required for project delivery.
