OSS / BSS Solution Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in B2C / B2B Telco transformation projects. Hands-on experience with Oracle RODOD stack : Siebel, BRM, OSM, UIM, ASAP, OSB, and Scale API. Deep understanding of FTTH (FTTB, FTTHR, FTTBR), 5G FWA, VoBB, OTT, and Open Access models. Skilled in end-to-end functional areas : Product Catalog, Order-to-Cash, Billing, CRM, Dealer & Workforce Management, Provisioning, Inventory, and Integrations (3 Scale API Gateway, CITC, LDAP SSO). Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus for monitoring. Proven track record in delivering project artifacts including Architecture, Design, Requirements, Testing, and Cutover plans. Responsibilities

15+ years of Telecom project implementation experience. Lead client engagements across workflow upgrades, system changes, and ongoing support. Define best practices and troubleshoot complex cross-functional issues. Guide and mentor teams, delegate work, and ensure delivery alignment. Facilitate testing, solution validation, and performance improvement. Build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement. Travel as required for project delivery.
