Job Role :

We are seeking a skilled Senior Buyer responsible for procurement activities, including vendor identification, registration, technical specification review, bidding, vendor selection, negotiations, reviewing contracts, and finalizing agreements, with support from outsourced vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, execute, and archive high-value procurement contracts.
• Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with policies and laws, safeguarding the company's interests.
• Negotiate contract terms, including price, availability, customization, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate re-negotiations and revisions of contracts post-expiry.
• Conduct procurement processes and vendor selection in collaboration with requesting departments.
• Advise departments on procurement matters, including external contractors.
• Perform any additional activities as required by the business.

Requirements :

Professional Experience : Minimum of 2 years in procurement and contracts.

Academic Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.

Competencies :

Languages :

Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written.

Location :

This role is based in Riyadh, working from the office.
