Overview
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Engineering Department, the Electrical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment. This role ensures day-to-day operations within the property maintenance department, maintaining plant and equipment to minimize downtime and managing the building’s mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- To supervise employees in his section for attendance at work and quality of job performance.
- Supervises the electronic workshop including the equipment.
- Provide support to Engineering Managers to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the department.
- Supervise and control the Maintenance Request System.
- Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of buildings, electrical and mechanical services, water features, fixtures, furnishings and equipment.
- Liaise and supervise Property Maintenance Contractors on site and ensure appropriate standards are met.
