About the job Based at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Engineering Department, the Kitchen and Laundry Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preventive servicing of all kitchen and laundry equipment throughout the hotel to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining equipment performance, guest satisfaction, and compliance with Mandarin Oriental safety and hygiene standards. As Kitchen and Laundry Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the following duties : Conduct daily inspection, servicing, and repair of kitchen and laundry equipment including dishwashers, ovens, deep fryers, steamers, mixers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ironers, and extractors. Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule and maintain accurate records. Respond promptly to repair requests and breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. Monitor the condition and performance of gas, electrical, steam, and water connections associated with equipment. As
