Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure requirements are met through workshops and meetings, especially in commercial cycles (OB, RF, Performance Review, Quarterly Business Review).
- Perform strategic analysis of complex business situations to identify problems and opportunities; conduct in-depth root cause analysis and recommend actionable improvements.
- Gather, document, and manage business and ad hoc requirements; ensure alignment with objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Create detailed functional specifications and design documents for new systems and enhancements that meet high-level business requirements.
- Design and implement data products and analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business models are based on rigorous data analysis.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans; lead defect resolution with development teams.
- Develop and maintain business models representing processes, data, and organizational structures; communicate insights and propose strategic scenarios for improvement.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure data-driven recommendations are robust.
- Mentor and guide junior business analysts within the team.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements based on in-depth data analysis.
Qualifications
KSA NationalUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline5-10 years of experience in data analysis, data governance, commercial planning & reporting or financial planning, preferably within FMCG or data consultancyEnglish & Arabic proficiency (written & spoken)CBAP or equivalent data analytics / AI analytics certification is an advantageStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence across functionsData-driven with ability to deliver within critical timelinesSeniority level
