الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in project development and management, with at least 8 years in the GCC region. Proven track record of working on mega or giga construction projects (mixed-use developments, hospitality, infrastructure, or large-scale commercial projects). Strong knowledge of regional regulations, permitting processes, and construction practices in Saudi Arabia / GCC. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Development Manager to join our client’s team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and delivering mega construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or across the GCC region. This role requires proven expertise in project planning, design coordination, stakeholder management, and execution oversight for large-scale developments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of major construction projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee project planning, design management, procurement strategies, and execution schedules.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to drive project approvals and progress.
- Manage risk, identify potential issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior managers.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
