Talent Acquisition Lead

In this role, you will lead our recruitment strategy end-to-end, experiment with new approaches, and bring fresh ideas to how we attract and engage top talent. More than filling roles, you'll play a key part in promoting our culture, ensuring a human-centric hiring experience, and helping us grow with the right people on board. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various departments Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet Salla's standards and fit within our culture Manage the full recruitment cycle, including negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience Act as an employer brand ambassador, promoting Salla's mission and values to potential candidates Requirements : Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, with a focus on sourcing and hiring technical talent Strong understanding of various recruiting platforms, tools, techniques, and ATS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with company goals Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment The seniority level for this role is Associate, and it is a full-time position in the Human Resources department within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
