Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying needs to onboarding.

Source and attract candidates through various recruitment platforms.

Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.

Develop creative strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Prepare regular reports on recruitment status and workforce planning.

Requirements

3–5 years

of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Excellent English communication skills

(spoken and written).

Preferably with previous experience in the

Food & Beverage industry .

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
