Provide technical guidance and oversight to teams for efficient project implementation. Budget and Resource Management : Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks. Coordination and Communication : Liaise with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Quality Assurance : Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
