Overview

المسمى الوظيفي : منسق مبيعات (Sales Coordinator)

الهدف من الوظيفة : توفير دعم إداري وتشغيلي لفريق المبيعات من خلال إدارة التقارير، متابعة الأداء، تنسيق أعمال الفريق، وضمان وصول المعلومات الدقيقة في الوقت المناسب، بما يساهم في رفع كفاءة القسم وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية.

المهام الرئيسية

  • إعداد تقارير المبيعات اليومية / الأسبوعية / الشهرية (أداء المندوبين، نسبة الإنجاز، العملاء الجدد، العملاء المفقودين).
  • متابعة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) وتحديث لوحات وملفات المتابعة بشكل دوري.
  • تجهيز تقارير تحليلية توضح الفجوات بين التارجت والمحقق.
  • إدارة وتحديث بيانات العملاء عبر الإكسل أو أنظمة CRM.
  • تنسيق البيانات والمعلومات الخاصة ببرامج المبيعات وضمان دقتها.
  • متابعة التزامات العملاء (مستحقات – تواريخ تسليم – طلبات خاصة) والتنبيه بأي مستجدات.
  • تجهيز عروض تقديمية وتقارير لدعم اجتماعات المبيعات مع العملاء الكبار.
  • متابعة تنفيذ قرارات الإدارة داخل الفريق وتقديم تقارير بالإنجاز.
  • مراقبة حركة العملاء الرئيسيين (Key Accounts) وتنبيه الإدارة بأي ملاحظات أو فرص.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان الإكسل والتقارير (Pivot, Dashboard).
  • مهارات تنظيمية عالية وترتيب الأولويات.
  • سرعة في التواصل وصياغة المراسلات الرسمية.
  • خلفية جيدة في مؤشرات المبيعات وطرق التحليل.
