Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Order Management : Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, sales proposals, and contracts. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Customer Interaction & Relationship Management : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in acquiring new ones.
• Data & Report Management : Maintain sales records, customer databases, and update CRM / ERP systems. Generate sales reports, track targets, and prepare presentations for management.
• Team Coordination & Process Improvement : Work closely with sales managers and representatives to ensure seamless operations. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
