BIM and construction documentation , we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

architectural design development

from concept to construction documentation.

Oversee

on-site construction supervision

to ensure design integrity and quality control.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for

seamless project execution .

Prepare

detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications

using BIM tools.

Ensure compliance with

local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards .

Conduct

site inspections

and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Must-Have Skills & Software Proficiency

Design & Drafting :

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino (or similar).

BIM Expertise :

Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent BIM collaboration tools.

Visualization :

Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape for 3D rendering.

Project Management :

Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.

Soft Skills :

Creativity, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail.
