Role Overview

Responsible for translating approved development scopes into architectural design intent, coordinate with external design consultants, and ensure architectural outputs align with planning objectives, design guidelines, and stakeholder requirements. Responsibilities

Review and interpret approved development scopes and feasibility outputs to develop clear architectural design briefs and guidelines for consultants. Coordinate architectural design efforts across all project stages, ensuring alignment with master plans, regulatory frameworks, and development principles. Oversee the work of external architects and design consultants by reviewing submissions, monitoring compliance with design briefs, and ensuring timely delivery. Validate that all design outputs comply with zoning regulations, urban planning standards, and internal design frameworks. Review architectural designs at various stages (concept, schematic, and detailed design) to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to the intended development vision. Liaise with internal delivery teams to ensure architectural solutions are feasible, integrated, and aligned with project constraints. Prepare and submit required design documentation to internal and external review stakeholders for validation and approvals. Contribute to maintaining a centralized repository of approved designs, standards, and design principles to support future developments and knowledge sharing. Stay updated with global best practices in architecture, sustainability, smart design, and material technologies to inform future design briefs and recommendations. Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture 6 years of architectural design and / or design review experience Must have experience working in the Middle East Preferred
