Overview

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the IT solutions and IT services industry and will operate as an individual contributor within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of IT solutions and services, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to market expansion.
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline, from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute effective individual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of CRM, Call Center, and BPO‑centric industries and related solutions.
  • Effectively translate technical solutions into business value propositions for clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Exhibit a self‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling IT solutions and services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, Call Center, and BPO solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
