Legal Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a Legal Advisor / Associate to join our Legal Department and support the Group across

corporate legal and governance matters

as well as the

contract lifecycle . This role is hands-on and cross-functional, requiring strong legal drafting skills, business judgment, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of

commercial agreements

(EPC, supply, consultancy, NDAs, JVs, MOUs). Provide legal support on

corporate governance , regulatory compliance, and company law matters. Monitor compliance of subsidiaries and joint ventures with local and international regulations. Track legal deadlines such as

license renewals, regulatory filings, and board resolutions . Support negotiations by preparing mark-ups, issue lists, and fallback positions. Maintain and update

contract management systems

and standard templates. Liaise with government authorities (MCI, SFDA, SAGIA, etc.), external counsel, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; LLM is an advantage. 3–5 years of experience in

legal, corporate, or contract management roles . Strong knowledge of

KSA Company Law, contract law, and licensing procedures . Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing

commercial contracts . Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems. What We Offer
