Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the brand’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all materials.
- Manage and organize the design team and supervise the production of creative assets (designs, images, videos, advertising campaigns).
- Develop creative concepts and transform them into high-quality designs that support the company’s objectives.
- Review and provide direction on design work to ensure it meets quality and creativity standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and apply them in alignment with the company’s identity.
- Ensure proper application of the brand’s visual identity across all platforms and channels.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work.Job Details
