KBR is looking for an Maintenance Planning Manager (Refinery) who will provide control and coordination of all planning and scheduling activities related to routine maintenance for all operational areas, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor’s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions and prepare a long-term maintenance plan.
• Effective use of efficient maintenance systems like CMMS. Monitor and collect data from the system for review of management.
• Provide solutions for optimization of resources. Provide inputs for preparation of the maintenance budget of all plants.
• Review actual vs. budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary action to minimize deviations.
• Prepare a monthly report highlighting work plans, major activities completed, and attend regular maintenance department meetings.
• Monitor maintenance planning section KPIs against targets.
• Review and present manpower planning and follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance departments for planning-related issues.
