Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Business Development and Strategy
- Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and competitive landscapes.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic business development plans that align with the company’s long-term growth and revenue goals.
- Partnerships : Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaboration opportunities.
- Lead Generation : Implement and manage robust lead generation strategies to create a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Proposal Development : Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials that clearly communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients and partners.
Sales and Revenue Generation
Pipeline Management : Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through negotiation and closing.Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients and key stakeholders.Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business development targets (quotas / KPIs).Reporting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for senior management review.Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s / MBA is a plus).Proven track record of 5+ years in a sales, business development, or related customer-facing role, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets.Key Skills and Competencies
