Sales Employee Responsibilities :
Engage with potential customers and guide them through the buying process. Explain the features and specifications of available vehicles clearly. Outline the steps required to complete the car purchase process. Address customer inquiries regarding vehicles and the purchase procedure. Escort customers to inspect and test vehicles. Collect and process necessary documents between the customer, showroom, and finance company. Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customer vehicles. Coordinate with management and vehicle owners to finalize sales procedures. Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers to maximize company profits. Follow up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Qualifications :
Professional appearance. Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills. Time management skills and willingness to take initiative. Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles. Good knowledge of selling and negotiation basics. 3-5 years of previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in English is essential.
